All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. Lei of Aloha Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified if your order is canceled, and a full refund will be issued if applicable.

Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to verify that all items in your cart, including sizes, colors, quantities, and prices, are correct prior to checkout. Once an order is submitted, it is considered final. Lei of Aloha Shop is not responsible for errors made during the checkout process. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.

2. Payment

We accept payment methods as displayed on our checkout page, including major credit/debit cards and other secure payment platforms. Full payment is required before your order is processed and shipped. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. You will be promptly notified if this occurs.

3. Shipping Criteria

Lei of Aloha Shop offers shipping to select destinations as indicated during checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the shipping method and destination selected.

Shipping Eligibility: Orders will only be shipped to valid addresses within our supported regions. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx) to deliver your order. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options may be available at an additional cost.

International Shipping: For orders outside the U.S., you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the order total or shipping cost. International delivery times vary (typically 10-20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing).

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order. If the order is not resent, a refund will be issued, minus original shipping costs.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Lei of Aloha Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or global disruptions).

4. Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your Lei of Aloha Shop purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Condition of Items: Returns are only accepted for items that are unworn, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team [email protected] request a Return Authorization Number. Returns without a valid Return Authorization Number will not be processed.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered return packages.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, swimwear, undergarments, accessories, or personalized products are not eligible for return unless received defective or damaged.

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for return or replacement.

5. Product Descriptions and Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that product details or content are error-free. If a product does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it per our Refund and Return Policy.

Inventory is subject to change. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund for the unavailable item.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lei of Aloha Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
